As drafting secretary to the Birmingham Agreed Syllabus, our RE expert will be able to give an independent and professionally challenging, yet supportive review of your RE provision. Our expert will work closely with your RE Lead to evaluate the effectiveness of your RE curriculum, teaching and learning and assessment. Supported by both verbal and written feedback, our RE Audit will ensure your RE Lead is secure in their self-assessment of the quality of RE provision, they have appropriate improvement priorities and feel confident and prepared for those Ofsted deep dives and extended learning walks.

Description
Working alongside your RE Lead, our experienced RE expert will undertake a range of audit activities in your school focussing on agreed priorities or areas identified in your school or department improvement plan. Activities may include:
• Joint Learning walks and lesson observations.
• Pupil voice – this can focus on key groups of learners; to include PP, SEND, previous high attainers.
• A focused discussion with your RE Lead examining curriculum intent, implementation and impact.
• Work /book scrutiny (to include HAP/MAP/LAP/SEND/PP) or bespoke groups as identified by school
Our RE expert will provide verbal feedback outlining initial findings and a more detail written report to assist your school with developing your RE provision further.
